Our public notice of claimed Kind Basket™ brand rights, trade mark use, copyright ownership and permitted references.
Public Notice of Brand Claim
Kind Basket™ has been publicly presented as a brand owned and operated by its founder from at least 2 June 2026, including through its website, domain names, social media handles, product materials and pre-launch communications.
Ownership
The Kind Basket™ name, Bram™ mascot, logo, visual identity, product concepts, website content, interface designs, copy, graphics, domain names, social media handles, launch materials and related brand assets are currently owned by the founder of the Kind Basket project, unless otherwise stated.
Ownership of these assets may later be assigned, transferred or licensed to Cynevor Group Ltd or another associated company following formal business registration.
Trade Mark Notice
We use the ™ symbol to indicate that trade mark rights are claimed in the Kind Basket™ name and associated brand identity.
A formal UK trade mark application may be prepared and submitted for relevant goods and services connected with downloadable software, mobile applications, online grocery price comparison, shopping list optimisation, consumer savings tools, food waste reduction, digital marketplaces, advertising and affiliate services, consumer information and related software-as-a-service services.
Brand Assets Covered
This notice applies to the Kind Basket™ name, Bram™ mascot, logos, app icons, favicon, colour palette, typography choices, interface layouts, website copy, product descriptions, slogans, social media identities, domain names, launch materials and other original brand assets.
No Licence Granted
Nothing on this website grants any licence, permission or right to use the Kind Basket™ name, logo, mascot, visual identity, product concepts, website content, interface designs, social media handles, domain names or related brand assets without prior written permission.
Prohibited Use
You must not copy, imitate, register, use, reproduce, adapt or create confusingly similar branding, names, logos, mascots, domain names, social handles, product designs or commercial materials connected with Kind Basket™.
You must not use, apply for, register or attempt to register any name, logo, domain name, social media handle, app name, product name or branding that is identical or confusingly similar to Kind Basket™, or that could mislead users into believing there is an association, endorsement, partnership or common ownership.
You must not scrape, copy, reproduce, clone, reverse engineer or systematically extract content, layouts, data structures, user interface patterns or product materials from this website or any Kind Basket™ service for the purpose of creating a competing or confusingly similar product.
Copyright Notice
All website text, designs, graphics, icons, layouts, illustrations, product concepts and original creative works are protected by copyright from the date of creation. Unauthorised use, copying, adaptation, distribution or reproduction may result in legal action.
Evidence of Development and Use
We maintain dated records of the development and use of the Kind Basket™ brand, including domain registrations, website publication, design files, source code commits, social media handles, product planning documents, launch materials and related communications.

References to supermarkets, retailers, product names, third-party logos or third-party trade marks are for descriptive, compatibility, comparison or informational purposes only.

You may refer to Kind Basket™ in normal editorial, review, commentary or news contexts, provided that the reference is accurate, fair, non-misleading and does not imply endorsement, partnership or ownership.
You may not use the Kind Basket™ name, logo, mascot, brand identity or confusingly similar branding in a way that suggests you own, operate, represent or are affiliated with Kind Basket™.
Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of any unauthorised use of the Kind Basket™ name, logo, mascot, brand identity, domain name, social handle or confusingly similar branding, please contact us with details, links, screenshots and dates.
Future Company Ownership
Cynevor Group Ltd is intended as a future company or parent brand connected with the Kind Basket project. Until formal registration and assignment are completed, references to Cynevor are preparatory only and do not state or imply that a registered company currently owns the Kind Basket™ brand assets.
